Service providers

Have a great service provider or the staff to get online and use TS to work from home.

Unfortunately they outsource the actual connection part to a well known company, let's call them AS. :-)

Now a member of staff moved house recently. As part of that, I moved the ADSL from the old house to the new house. The well known company did the work, activating it last Monday. The staffer set up the computers, turned on the firewall and all was well on Monday. Said well known company then cancelled the old address.

Unfortunately, after testing the DSLAM connection, they then cancelled the new one too. Staffer could not connect. Maybe tomorrow apparently. Wonderful.
