Its alive!

Sunday morning. Cover off. Checked the car. She started eventually (needs plugs, points and carbs adjusting) then sat there warming up. Everything felt right. After 18 months of ownership I finally got my Dad in the car (that's my ownership of the car, not ownership of my Dad) who made it in much easier than I expected.

A trip around my usual circuit went smoothly with only a minor overheating problem that was cured with the override switch very easily and it felt great. Did not stall or breakdown this time and was put away Sunday lunchtime with me feeling good.

I enjoy "Dad and boy" time. Its just as good to be the boy sometimes.

Hopefully that means I can play Playstation tonight.
