Today's winner

"I have this urgent document that I have to print. I've printed it loads of times and it isn't coming out. You've got to help."

User found to have TWO printers set up. Not printing to the nearest one. Queue building up on the furthest one though and nothing was coming out. The message "Insert paper" was of course ignored.

Without this sort of thing, I would be unemployed. :-)
