Oh dear

Q: Why is this printer printing on both sides of the paper?
Knowledge: The printer has no duplexing unit.
A: Punter is apparently unable to walk the short distance to get a new ream and has resorted to reusing paper that has been through once already.

Q: How do I change this (insert technical jargon) setting when there is no option to change it?
Knowledge: They moved it to the bottom of the screen in this version so it must be there.
A: Use scroll bar.
