So the Exchange Roadshow hit London. Day 2, the swimming pool. Hosted by the lovely Eileen Brown and the equally lovely Allister Frost. Aided and abetted by Ewan, Jason and several other luminaries. Vaguely assisted by Mr Arnold and myself and a good time was had by all.
Pleased to say that I didn't manage to give too much duff information although a list of links to various web based resources would have been handy and a lot faster than explaining stuff to attendees. Web access would have allowed quicker demos but Mark is a bit quick on the chalk and talk with a board and a marker.
Would have liked an hour through the day for more deep dive with the punters, but you can't have everything. The swift ale afterwards was welcome relief but babysitting duties curtailed it.
Always good to see the Guv'nor and catch up with the Exchange people, pity I can't do any of the others. Pesky job.
