Exchange Server and the DST changes

This one was asked a fair few times yesterday at the community launch so I thought I'd clear up a handful of points.

For the full SP, check out Eileen's blog article: http://blogs.technet.com/eileen_brown/archive/2007/01/24/daylight-savings-time-what-you-need-to-do.aspx

For the really short version, do you have Exchange servers in the US? If not, IGNORE THE PROBLEM.

If you do, there is a hotfix for CDO for Exchange 2003 now and for Outlook 2003 coming shortly.

If you have Exchange 2000, it is out of support so you'll need to live with the problem for the 3 intervening weeks.

If you have Exchange 5.5, use the DST problems as a reason to upgrade to Exchange 2007 :-)
