I then started EMC which puts you into the licensing screen. It says I have 119 days to licence Daphne (I'd installed it some hours earlier) but that Fred has 0 days left, trial is over and I cannot use Exchange until I licence it.
Anyone would have thought I used to install 180 day evals of Exchange into my org just to do testing and had no imagination for new names. Fred was a 2003 Exchange box a couple of years ago and there must be something left over in AD.
Looking a bit deeper I also found an Exchange 2003 FE called Shaggy.
Time for a scooby snack I think.
