Exchange 2007 Powershell command for forgetful admins

Including me!! I'm not going to recall this one this evening so I'm blogging it for my own benefit.

If you have an Exchange 2007 server and absent mindedly create a user in ADUC on another server and stick the user into 2007 you'll get a legacy user on Ex2007. At this point you can move them to 2003 and then move them back again but that is disruptive to the punters who need to shut Outlook.

Set-Mailbox -id AliasName -ApplyMandatoryProperties

is the way to go. Then just refresh your RecipientConfiguration/Mailbox screen and all is done. Much faster!
