Buy a house, the biggest you can afford. Make sure it is the best area possible but the smallest grottiest house on the road. Spruce it up and rent it out.
Use the rental income as surety to do a second buy to let house. Repeat as per above.
You will make a profit albeit a modest one. Retire to Turkey or Greece and live a modest life for 5 years living only on the rental profit. Return to the UK, do up the properties using a loan then sell them.
Put the profit into a deposit account and live on that until the money runs out.
Then rob a bank.
